Job Description

  • Develop and deliver ERP (SAP S/4Hana)/Digital application strategies that support business needs across manufacturing and operational units.
  • Act as the main liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring system standards, consistency, and capability alignment.
  • Lead ERP and digital initiatives from planning through delivery, including enhancements and change management.
  • Oversee vendors, contracts, licensing, and application budgets to ensure value and adherence to expectations.
  • Monitor system performance, user adoption, and service quality, driving improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Introduce and integrate emerging technologies (BI, AI, RPA, ML, AR/VR) that support the company's digital roadmap.
  • Coordinate with process owners across plants to align technology solutions with operational objectives.
  • Support team skill development and contribute to shaping technology capability within the organization.
  • Carry out additional tasks as needed by the supervisor.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in ERP application management, digital transformation, or IT business partnering.
  • Proven background in end‑to‑end ERP and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of leading ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor.
  • Familiarity with modern digital technologies such as BI, AI, RPA, and machine learning.
  • Experience in process improvement and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and stakeholder management.
  • Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
