As an IT support, you will assist users at the headquarters and in the restaurants with both software and hardware.
Work in all areas of IT (project, security, network, support)
Analyze and create SQL, PowerShell and Power BI scripts
Troubleshoot and install hardware and network onsite / offsite
Support users in O365 and Google Workspace
Find sustainable solutions to recurring problems
Document the solutions implemented
Handle support requests, resolve them or dispatch them if necessary
Follow up on monitoring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Passionate about IT
Excellent communication and listening skills
Dynamic, proactive and autonomous
Good stress management
Analytical, critical and team spirit
Mastery of computer tools (Office suite, Google, Windows 10, network)
Interested in new technologies
Reliable, organized, rigorous
Motivated and willing to learn
Knowledge of the following tools is a plus: Odoo, Powershell, SQL, PowerBI, Linux
Based in Brussels, in a company that moves and in a challenging and dynamic team
38h/week contract in CDI
