Job Description

The Jr Key Account Manager - FMCG - Food Sector will have the following responsibilities :

  • Drive achievement of annual sales targets across key metrics such as volume, net revenue, market share, and operating profit
  • Translate retailer strategies and market data into actionable, growth-focused commercial plans
  • Negotiate and implement Customer Development Agreements aligned with strategic commercial objectives
  • Collaborate closely with one key client and internal teams to identify opportunities and translate plans into growth through effective execution of innovation, activation, and perfect store initiatives
  • Optimize management of trade funds, continuously enhancing the effectiveness of all trade expenditures
  • Partner effectively with all departments to ensure seamless execution

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous similar experience in key account management
  • Experience in FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers, and skilled in translating insights into strategic business plans
  • A natural leader with excellent negotiation skills
  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English
