Job Description

As a Junior Corporate Officer - KYC your responsibilities are:

  • Perform KYC checks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform due diligence, including client onboarding, off-boarding and periodical review for corporate clients.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Perform the transaction monitoring.
  • Support the preparation of corporate documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding processes.
  • Monitor and report on KYC reviews and updates.
  • Handle communication with external stakeholders regarding KYC matters.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of KYC procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of corporate administrative tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Corporate Officer - KYC should have:

  • A degree in finance, law, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of KYC/KYT processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • An eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
