Description du poste

The Chief Accounting, based in Brussels, will manage the accounting team and work on the definition and implementation of the new financial structure.

The main responsibilities include:

  • The operational supervision of the accounting - management of a team
  • The preparation and presentation of the financial statement
  • The end of accounting processes management, balance sheet, closings, and VAT returns
  • The coordination and management of the financial structure
    • Development of financial processes
    • Development and improvement of financial tools
    • Management of the team
  • The supervision of the legal, fiscal and administrative tasks linked to finance
  • The main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Profil recherché

Based in Brussels, the Junior Financial Manager - Chief Accountant, in charge of the accounting supervision will also have a global view over the finance / the business and every process surrounding it. He/She will have to be able to have a critical view over the finance.

  • Master's degree in finance / Economics / Business Management
  • At least 3/5 years in a high-level Accounting role
  • Ideally experience within consulting firms
  • You are fluent in English and in French (written and spoken)
  • Experience in SAP is a plus
  • You are autonomous and proactive
  • You are able to take decision and work both as a Team member and Team leader
