Job Description

  • Monitor Belgian and EU legislation in commercial real estate and trade law (including B2C e-commerce)
  • Analyze new laws and case law, and communicate their impact clearly to stakeholders
  • Advise member companies and defend their interests at regional, federal, and European levels
  • Develop strategic positions on commercial real estate and e-commerce with the Head of Legal & Tax
  • Lead committees and working groups, fostering collaboration among legal experts
  • Build and maintain a strong network within the sector and with external partners



The Successful Applicant

  • Belgian Master's degree in Law (mandatory)
  • Relevant experience as a consultant, lawyer, or in-house counsel
  • Strong ability to translate complex legal matters into practical advice
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Analytical, proactive, and business-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in Dutch and French (excellent Dutch required), with good English skills
  • Organized, flexible, and eager to learn; a true team player with initiative
