Job Description

As Key Account Manager Benelux, your main responsibilities will be to:



  • Strengthen and expand long-term relationships with existing clients and partners.


  • Increase product visibility and ensure specification in construction projects across the region.


  • Identify new opportunities to grow the contractor network.


  • Develop and implement regional sales and marketing initiatives.


  • Work closely with technical teams based in neighboring countries to support client needs and ensure high-quality execution.


  • Participate in field visits, trials, and product launches in collaboration with local and international colleagues.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:



  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in construction, building materials, or related sectors.


  • A strong ability to promote technical products and build trust with decision-makers.


  • Familiarity with the specification process involving architects and designers is a plus.


  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.


  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (minimum C1).


  • A proactive mindset, result-driven attitude, and comfort working autonomously.


  • Willingness to travel regularly within the Benelux.
