Job Description

As a successful (Key) Account Manager & Field coach Pharma OTC products for Companion Animals - Center of Wallonia (Namur, Brabant Wallon & Part of Hainaut), you have 3 major responsibilities:

Account Management with Individuals Pharmacists (60%):

  • Promote and sell OTC animal health products tailored for small animals to individuals pharmacies in the Center of Wallonia
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals pharmacies / pharmacists in the Center of Wallonia
  • Provide technical expertise and advise to pharmacies on the optimal utilization of products
  • Drive the business growth : Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, ensure products cross selling, negotiate contracts ...



Key Account Management with Pharma grouping, buying groups & wholesalers (20%):

  • Negociate annual contracts for OTC animal health products tailored for small animals with pharma groupings & buying groups.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), pharma groupings & buying groups to promote and boost the visibility of OTC animal health products tailored for small animal
  • Build your network of KOL in order to develop new big accounts (pharma groupings, wholesalers)



Field coaching of Account Management (20%):

  • Support & coach 2 account managers on sales drive & commercial methodology

The Successful Applicant

As a successful (Key) Account Manager & Field coach Pharma OTC products for Companion Animals - Center of Wallonia (Namur, Brabant Wallon & Part of Hainaut), you have the following profile:

  • +3 years of selling experiences in animal health industry, pharma or FMCG
  • Previous selling experiences with big accounts - including annual negotiations
  • Strong interest for the animal health sector
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong commercial, communication, presentation, influential & persuasive skills
  • Located in Namur or Brabant Wallon
  • Strong willingness to grow within the company & to take on more responsibilities as team lead
  • Fluent in French and English with a good understanding of Dutch
