We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join their team and contribute to their ongoing growth.

Job Description

The Key Account Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to optimize sales and brand presence
  • Regularly monitor sales objectives and performance
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs for the distribution network
  • Ensure the skill development of sales teams through regular and customized training sessions

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of Retail
  • Experience with Field Sales or training is a plus
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and a passion for excellence
  • Fluency in French, Dutch and English is mandatory
