Our client is an international parcel delivery company delivering to out of home.

After a huge success in different European countries, the company has been developing the Automatic Parcel Machines solution in BeLux.

To support this project & strengthen the team, the company is looking for a Key Account Manager.


As Key Account Manager your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop strong relationships with companies (already identified) that have multiple physical sites
  • Be in contact with clients such as retail companies, bank chains, car-park, petrol stations, metro & train stations, local authorities, etc.
  • Bring a customized solution & agree on the installation of Automatic Parcel Machines
  • Identify landlords & key decision makers during the process
  • Be in contact with various stakeholders (operations, marketing, logistics, C-level, etc.)
  • Negotiate the contracts at a senior level & evaluate the locations
  • Manage long sales cycles (up to 1 year)


The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Strong experience in key account management with high level / senior stakeholders
  • A real farmer -> 80% of the portfolio is already existing
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, English is mandatory
  • Persevering, self motivated, resilient
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles
  • strong organizational & accurate profile
  • Strong negotiation skills
