Job Description

  • Advise clients on credit and lending transactions, including leveraged and acquisition finance, syndicated lending, project finance, and real estate finance
  • Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documentation, intercreditor agreements, and legal opinions
  • Manage cross-border transactions from inception to closing
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on regulatory developments
  • Collaborate closely with senior partners on complex financing structures



The Successful Applicant

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in banking & finance law, ideally at a top-tier firm
  • Strong expertise in credit and lending; interest in structured finance and capital markets
  • Fluent in English; native Dutch or French with working proficiency in the other
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Commercial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
