Our client is a stable and well known player in the FMCG field with production site in the region of Londerzeel. This sizeable SME has built its reputation in and outside Belgium, serving clients leading the market.

Job Description

The Lead Supply Chain will be in charge of:

  • Planning & Inventory Management
    Develop and manage production, replenishment, and inventory plans. Monitor forecast accuracy, stock levels, and product availability.
  • S&OP
    Lead and optimize the S&OP process, including scenario planning and decision-making. Drive cross-functional alignment and foster a data-driven planning culture.
  • Internal & External Logistics
    Oversee internal logistics and distribution flows, ensuring high service levels and on-time delivery.
  • Process Improvement
    Track key KPIs (service level, stock turnover, capacity) and lead improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and standardization.
  • Master Data
    Ensure accuracy of supply chain master data and contribute to improved data governance and quality.



The Successful Applicant

The Lead Supply Chain has/is:

  • Relevant degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • Experience with people management
  • 5-10 years of experience in different fields of supply chain (planning, internal & external logistics, inventory, S&OP, Master Data) within FMCG
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end planning
  • Analytical mindset with strong data skills and advanced Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
  • Proactive communicator with a collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in English
