Job Description

  • Monitor legal developments related to mobility budget, cafeteria plans, and broader Hard HR topics
  • Translate legal and regulatory changes into practical business and product implications
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure the product remains fully compliant
  • Review and challenge frameworks, processes, and product features from a compliance and HR perspective
  • Conduct regular audits and sanity checks on the product offering
  • Assess the legal feasibility of new benefits and compensation solutions
  • Coordinate with external law firms and legal partners when needed
  • Support internal stakeholders on complex legal, HR, and compensation-related questions
  • Train and guide internal teams on relevant legal and HR matters
  • Contribute to external visibility through events, workshops, webinars, and HR circles
  • Interact with key clients and partners on expert-level HR and compliance topics
  • Bring structure, clarity, and business sense to a transversal team environment

The Successful Applicant

  • Around 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Hard HR, Compensation & Benefits, payroll-related environments, or HR compliance
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, social legislation, cafeteria plans, mobility budget, and HR operations
  • Comfortable working with legal texts and challenging existing frameworks
  • Able to act as an internal expert without necessarily being a qualified lawyer
  • Good understanding of payroll and social secretariats
  • Business-minded, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
  • Confident communicator, able to explain complex topics clearly to different stakeholders
  • Dynamic personality with the presence to deliver trainings and speak at events
  • Structured, curious, and capable of navigating complexity
  • Professional level in French and Dutch, with the ability to present in both languages
  • Comfortable working in English internally
