Job Description

As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to our client. Based in Antwerp, you will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment with exposure to a diverse range of legal matters.

Your responsabilities will be :

  • Advise on legal matters related to commercial, corporate, gdpr & social law.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements.
  • Assist in corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Manage legal disputes and litigation, if necessary.
  • Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's operations.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel when needed.
  • Provide legal training to internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master in Law
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing general business law
  • Strong understanding of Belgian and EU legal frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
