Job Description

  • Assisting investors in optimizing their real estate portfolios through sales or purchases of commercial properties.
  • Collaborating with department heads to analyze the portfolios of institutional and private investors.
  • Utilizing your network for marketing purposes.
  • Analyzing clients' needs to foster long-term relationships.
  • Employing analytical and creative problem-solving skills to handle complex situations.
  • Remaining determined and persistent in sourcing the right opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a Master's degree.
  • Possesses an analytical mind with a commercial outlook.
  • Demonstrates strong persuasive and determined attributes.
  • Has prior commercial experience and an affinity for the real estate sector (preferred).
  • Exhibits insightful and creative problem-solving skills in complex situations.
  • Is flexible and can work autonomously.
  • Is fluent in Dutch with an excellent command of French, or vice versa.
