Job Description

  • Lead and refine internal logistics to enhance efficiency, agility, and customer satisfaction.
  • End-to-end management of distribution and logistics operations across multiple countries and sites.
  • Full oversight of warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and quality control.
  • Proven ability to streamline logistics operations.
  • Team Management : 50 FTEs across three shifts.
  • Performance : Set KPIs to ensure competitiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Process & Flow Optimization : Streamline goods, data, and resource flows while maintaining clear structures and SOPs.
  • Resource & Operational Excellence : Apply lean tools to maximize productivity, reduce waste, and manage risks effectively.
  • Leadership & Innovation : Build a performance-driven culture fostering collaboration, innovation, and compliance.
  • N+1 : Plant Manager.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in internal logistics or supply chain roles within food, beverage, chemical, or consumer goods sectors.
  • A strategic and curious mindset, capable of translating complex challenges into innovative, practical solutions.
  • Strong operational management skills, with the ability to unite teams and improve workplace climate.
  • Solid expertise in logistics and inventory management systems.
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Soft skills: analytical thinking, organizational skills, effective communication, leadership.
