Job Description

The Logistics Manager oversees the whole logistics department (Inbound, outbound & internal logistics).As a Logistics Manager you will:

  • Manage the internal logistics, expeditions, and reception
  • Maximize the client service level & internal costs under your responsibility
  • Create a good communication with your team and the other departments
  • Set, monitor, and review the objectives with the rights KPIs
  • Animate meeting between departments
  • Manage and develop the potential of your team (30FTE direct & indirect reports)
  • Participate in different company projects
  • Ensure compliance standards (quality, safety and environmental) and the application of the internal procedures

The Successful Applicant

Profile - Logistics Manager:

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Between 3- and 5-years' experience in people management and industrial environment
  • Excellent leadership, people management and communication skills
  • Able to handle stress, organized, analytic and proactive
  • Fluent in French and English (Dutch is an asset)
  • Advanced level in SAP
