About Our Client

Our client is a successful and fast-growing international Advisory Firm looking to expand their team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will manage a team of consultants depending on the project and will carry the following responsibilities:

  • In charge of planning, executing and delivering Transaction Services projects and manage a team of consultants according to the projects
  • Manage buyers and sellers' engagements across all aspects of transaction life cycle
  • Review and prepare due diligence reports specifying evaluation and findings
  • Identify key post closure matters to be addressed to assure enhancement in profitability and cash flows
  • Analyze historical financial along with operating results of target companies to define business trends as well as identify risks
  • Interpret and evaluate operational and financial trends of target companies
  • Communicate effectively with the different stakeholders
  • Active in business development you are somebody that dares to connect with the market in order to contribute to the sales pipeline of the firm
  • Be the main point of contact for the clients and responsible for developing the account further and actively participate in acquiring new accounts

The Successful Applicant

  • *Master's degree in Corporate Finance, Business Engineering or an Economic related field
  • *At least 4 years of experience in Transaction Services or performing financial due diligence on both buy and sell side deals
  • *Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • *Highly analytical and attention to detail
  • *A born communicator in order to effectively communicate with different stakeholders
  • *Commercially driven and ambitious
  • *Willingness to travel (depending on project)
