Job Description

The National Project Manager position involves the following responsibilities :

* Special projects : by this we mean the high added value non-recurrent projects that require a talented "bridge builder" to ensure smooth collaboration between all stakeholders

As main contact person for our customers
you actively search for projects in which the company can play-out its expertise and bring all parties together

  • you animate and further develop a network of including architects, engineering offices, investors, building companies, installers and direct customers
  • you identify potential projects and related decision makers
  • you report to the Sales Director Benelux

Your true impact is in managing the relationship with each stakeholder and this throughout the the whole process. More than the actual sale, your goal is to build, maintain and strengthen the relationships over the long-term. Making sure that your company is present in the various phases of a project, from the idea to the realization.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements :

  • Fluency in Dutch & English is mandatory, French is a nice to have
  • 4 years of Sales experience, preferably in the building industry
  • Real talent at stakeholders and Project management : you are driven by building strong business relationships and participating to long-term projects more than by monthly targets - you are a Bridge-builder in a commercial context.
  • but also proactive - taking initiatives and seeking for new ways to create opportunities is part of your DNA
  • Strategic thinking - ability to assess market opportunities, make critical choice and solution-oriented propositions
  • Potential to grow into leadership positions in the coming years
  • Real team-player : you want to be part of a team and take an active role in the development of this business unit
  • Trustworthy, efficient and transparent are words that describe both your personality
