About Our Client

Our client is an international insurance group with more than hundred years of existence.

Job Description

As Operations Expert you have the ownership of operating framework and procedures

You have to understand and challenge EtoE process with an intent to improve operations

You will need to consider non-standard scenario and ad hoc situations where you need to be compliant and creative

You act as key contact for Europe and interact accordingly with relevant stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

The successful Operations Expert will have a Bachelor or Master degree

Fluency in English and in French or Dutch is required

A first experience in a support role in insurance sector is preferred

Being IT literate is a plus (use of new system)
