Job Description

Leadership & People Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a multi-disciplinary team of finance professionals across three operational domains
  • Manage and mentor on-site teams, optimizing individual and collective performance
  • Foster a high-performance culture grounded in integrity, intellectual curiosity, humility, and continuous transformation
  • Support long-term career development and personalized growth plans for all team members

Operational Management

  • Oversee and continuously improve processes across Finance and Procurement operations
  • Collaborate with credit managers, sales leadership, and global delivery teams to strengthen European collections capabilities
  • Own and manage escalation frameworks for procurement functions in the region
  • Drive operational excellence through internal controls optimization and alignment with global standards



Global Collaboration

  • Partner closely with global functional leaders across international locations
  • Maintain effective cross-functional and cross-cultural communication across time zones
  • Serve as a key liaison between local Luxembourg teams and international stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven leadership experience within finance or procurement environments
  • Demonstrated track record of managing operational teams and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making capabilities
  • Experience collaborating across organizational levels, including senior and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, define KPIs, and hold teams accountable with clarity and fairness
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse geographies and cultures



Preferred Background

  • Prior experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and / or Procurement processes
  • Experience within a global shared services or capability center environment
  • Exposure to complex multi-regional stakeholder ecosystems
