You play a central role in ensuring safety, reliability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction for demanding international clients.You will oversee a large technical organisation, manage performance and transformation initiatives, and ensure the efficient delivery of contractual maintenance services within a competitive and regulated environment.Job DescriptionLead a workforce of over 150 employees, including a management team of direct reports.Coach, develop, and motivate teams, fostering a culture of safety, performance, ownership, and continuous improvement.Maintain constructive and structured relationships with social partners.Oversee all contractual maintenance operations related to industrial equipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and cost-efficiency.Monitor operational performance using dashboards and KPIs, implementing corrective actions when necessary to achieve financial and operational targets.Ensure availability and optimal management of industrial infrastructure, even during major upgrade or modernization projects.Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients to understand operational needs and anticipate workload fluctuations.Participate in competitive tendering and negotiation processes for new maintenance contracts within the applicable regulatory framework.Ensure the long‑term profitability and operational viability of all service contracts.Lead initiatives to enhance quality, reliability, productivity, flexibility, and safety across all workshop operations.Promote continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and QSE systems.Drive digitalisation and modernization efforts to optimize processes and equipment performance.Manage personnel, investment, and operational budgets.Contribute to the site's long-term industrial strategy and support transformation projects.The Successful ApplicantDegree in engineering (civil or industrial) or equivalent experience.8-10 years of experience managing industrial workshops, technical operations, or large maintenance environments, ideally with a service and commericial component.Strong experience in people management and labour relations.Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.Fluent communication skills in both French and Englihs (basic Dutch is sufficiant)What's on Offer You will join a high‑performance industrial environment known for its technical expertise, safety culture, and innovation-driven mindset.
