Job Description

Payroll and Benefits Partner Europe's duties & responsibilities :

  • Manage the monthly payrolls for the population of Benelux & Nordics (7 countries) in collaboration with local payroll providers (SD Worx for Belgium)
  • Update and maintain the employees database, starters/leavers, time registration, absences, ..;
  • Ensure the administration and time-sheets related to all payroll is accurate
  • Regularly communicate with local tax & government agencies
  • Keep informed of all local legislation evolution
  • Be a change agent for the digitization of all administrative processes
  • Keep a record of all relevant information for internal use respecting GDPR regulations
  • Support the HRBPs on day to day communication
  • Support the HR Team in benchmarking local benefit offers
  • Manage all benefits such as insurances, pension plan, healthcare, etc
  • Participate in the annual employee performance and compensation review
  • Work closely with the HRD to be aligned on the overall talent & reward strategy
  • Together with the HRBPs, prepare the candidates' package and presentation of the offers

The Successful Applicant

Your profile as Payroll and Benefits Partner Europe :

  • About 5 years' experience in Payroll / Comp&Ben role
  • Excellent knowledge of the Belgian social & labor laws
  • Ideally experience with international payroll
  • Fluent in English and good command of French; Dutch is a plus
  • Curiosity, empathy and commercial mindset
  • Proactive and Responsible
  • Team player and good interpersonal skills
  • Autonomy and maturity define you as a professional
