Job Description

As Payroll officer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- You ensure the proposer salary administrations of the employees and keep payroll softwares up to date

- You make sure that payroll policies are locally implemented and in line with all regulatory compliance

- You proactively collect and transmit local payroll needs to the Total Rewards Manager

- You brainstorm with colleagues and managers about compensation and benefits initiatives that could be implemented to satisfy employees while keeping costs manageable

- You are responsible to process payroll activities based on Timekeeping systems

The Successful Applicant

- You have more than 4 years of experience in payroll administration

- You are fluent in French and Dutch

- You have a good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation

- You have a hands-on mindset and you are a real team player

- You ideally have experience with time registration systems

- You have an analytical mindset and like challenging the status quo
