Our customer is an international manufacturer of high-technology products and has presence in Europe, North America, China and India.

Job Description

As Payroll professional, you will be responsible for the following:

- You are in charge of the correct and timely salary administration of employees, workers and executives

- You take ownership of HR information systems and share best practices among the team members

- In collaboration with external consultants, you provide advice and guidance to your internal clients when it comes to social legislation related questions and legal matters

- Depending on your experience and wishes, you participate to transversal HR projects (comp&ben programs, yearly evaluation, internal promotions...)

- You are the main contact person for Payroll, Comp&Ben and legal questions that business leaders, employees and external parties such as insurance providers, social secretariat or governmental agencies might have

- You collect and maintain HR metrics up to date allowing you to deliver qualitative reports when required (yearly social balance, payroll audit, specific reports for the Works Council...)

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills:

- You have a Bachelor or Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience

- You have more than 4 years of experience as Payroll Officer/Coordinator

- You feel comfortable working with payroll and time registration systems, ideally with eBlox and Protime

- You have experience working with MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables...)

- You are customer oriented and enjoy supporting colleagues and peers on a regular basis while being able to work autonomously and set your own priorities

- You are fluent in Dutch and English
