Their strong R&D focus and targeted M&A strategy fuel their rapid expansion, with 150 + colleagues operating across Europe, North America and the Middle East.Job DescriptionManaging Belgian payroll for both BlueCollars and WhiteCollars employees from A to ZManaging the full employee lifecycle administration: onboarding (contracts, registrations, system setup, benefits enrollment, etc.); mutations and offboardingAdministering and optimizing extra-legal benefitsActing as the main point of contact for the social secretaryManaging and coordinating the company fleetCoordinating international payroll in collaboration with local payroll partnersResponding to payroll- and HR-related questions from employees and managersEnsuring compliance with Belgian social legislation and tax regulationsPreparing and consolidating HR reports across all entities, including: Headcount evolution; FTE follow-up; Sickness and absenteeism figures; other workforce-related KPIsSupporting management with accurate data insights and workforce analyticsContinuously improving payroll and HR processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiencyThe Successful ApplicantYou combine strong payroll expertise with ownership and analytical thinking.
