To support the growth, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist.You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Belgian payroll from A to Z, while also supporting the international payroll activities in collaboration with local providers abroad.In addition, you take full ownership of onboarding and offboarding processes and play a key role in HR reporting and analytics across all entities.

Job Description

  • Managing Belgian payroll for both BlueCollars and WhiteCollars employees from A to Z
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle administration: onboarding (contracts, registrations, system setup, benefits enrollment, etc.); mutations and offboarding
  • Administering and optimizing extra-legal benefits
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the social secretary
  • Managing and coordinating the company fleet
  • Coordinating international payroll in collaboration with local payroll partners
  • Responding to payroll- and HR-related questions from employees and managers
  • Ensuring compliance with Belgian social legislation and tax regulations
  • Preparing and consolidating HR reports across all entities, including: Headcount evolution; FTE follow-up; Sickness and absenteeism figures; other workforce-related KPIs
  • Supporting management with accurate data insights and workforce analytics
  • Continuously improving payroll and HR processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency

The Successful Applicant

You combine strong payroll expertise with ownership and analytical thinking. You are comfortable working in a growing company where processes are evolving and where you can actively contribute to building structure and improving efficiency.You bring:

  • Proven experience in Belgian payroll (A-Z)
  • At least a bachelor degree
  • Solid knowledge of Belgian social legislation and personal income tax
  • Experience or exposure to international payroll coordination is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear insights
  • A tech-savvy mindset and interest in process automation and reporting tools
  • A pragmatic, hands-on and solution-oriented approach
  • A strong service-oriented mindset towards employees and managers
  • Fluency in Dutch, English (& French)
