Our customer is active in the Retail sector and employs more than 1000 employees

Job Description

- You are in charge of the personnel administration department based in the Headquarter being responsible for the correct salary administration of blue and white collars

- You support Managers and Business Leaders for social legislation related questions and make sure to comply with local regulations

- You are in charge of the Time registration system and all processes linked to it

- You collect, analyze and interpret HR metrics

- You coach and guide 2 Payroll officers

- You improve and automate processes when required

The Successful Applicant

- You have more than 3 years of experience in payroll administration

- You have a very good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation

- You are fluent in Dutch and French

- You ideally have experience in coaching or people management

- You have very good organizational skills and can work autonomously with few guidance

- You are service oriented and can easily build constructive relationship at every level of a company
