Job Description

  • Lead all plant operations (production, maintenance, quality, logistics, HSE) with full P&L accountability.
  • Responsible for the management of a workforce of 25 FTEs
  • Drive performance across safety, quality, cost, service, and delivery.
  • Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards; foster a strong safety-first culture.
  • Optimize resources, budgets, and CAPEX projects to achieve operational and financial targets.
  • Align production planning with SIOP, demand forecasts, and customer delivery
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team; build succession plans and strengthen
  • Build strong customer, supplier, and internal stakeholder
  • Champion continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) and lead change management initiatives.
  • Oversee engineering and preventive maintenance to ensure asset reliability and plant

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree (Bachelor / Master) in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years' senior management experience in a complex plant environment.
  • Proven track record in operational leadership, change management, and CAPEX/project delivery.
  • Knowledge of Seveso environmental regulations
  • Demonstrated track record in managing or operating within SMEs integrated into a global corporate environment
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Bilingual: fluent in French and English (written C spoken).
  • Recognized for strategic thinking, leadership, and ability to engage teams at all levels.
