We are seeking a Process Engineer to optimize production processes and support industrialization projects.

Job Description

  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes for high-value components.
  • Create and validate machining and assembly methods (turning, milling, welding).
  • Define and optimize CNC programming and cutting tool strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation: process sheets, routing, and work instructions.
  • Support industrialization of new products and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues and ensure quality standards.
  • Contribute to complex technical projects and provide clear reporting.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial environments (production, process, or methods engineering).
  • Strong practical knowledge of machining, CNC programming, welding, and industrialization.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and apply problem-solving techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in production workshops (not purely design office).
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English; other languages are a plus.
  • Autonomy, analytical mindset, and leadership in technical projects.
  • Comfortable working in environments involving defense-related products.
