About Our Client

Our client is an internationally renowned company in technical developments such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning technologies, up to solutions using renewable energies. Based in Brussels, the company is currently looking for a Process Manager.

Job Description

As Process Manager:

  • You contribute to improving the performance of the service department by continuously optimizing and improving business processes
  • Your role also includes the control, monitoring, measurement, execution, design and evaluation of business processes.
  • You identify and detect improvement opportunities and adjust processes so that the service department becomes more efficient and profitable, also by implementing digital innovation within these processes and the department.
  • You apply the knowledge acquired on business process modelling and document it in visual and descriptive process documentation
  • You play a leading role in making real changes for relevant projects
  • You ensure that knowledge transfer is carried out correctly in the form of training and change management to achieve the new status of the future

The Successful Applicant

  • You have a bachelor or master (or similar by experience)
  • You have a first relevant experience (process management, continuous improvement, etc.)
  • You speak Dutch and English (French is an asset)
  • You have leadership and project & change management skills
