As the successful Product Manager - Vascular - Medical Devices, you will have the following responsibilities:
You develop and execute marketing strategies & tactics that support business growth objectives in short to medium term, and actively support the long-term range planning for your product portfolio.
You apply customer expertise and deep knowledge of selling processes to develop value propositions that resonate with customers' needs & create tactics (campaigns) with a critical view on return on investment.
You collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders from supply chain to customer service, legal department, and regional marketing.
You initiate market development activities and are responsible for launching new product lines and solutions, in close collaboration with the Sales director PI, European marketing team & local marketing manager.
You are a strong partner in financial budgeting and forecasting for your product portfolio.
You become the champion for your products and market:
Support the sales force in terms of optimal tactical deployment of strategies and know-how through training;
Facilitate the overall communication of information about the market, products, and related marketing activities to sales & application and support teams;
Share and exchange best practices with the sales team;
Provide strategic sales support, i.e. strategic tender support & customer vision presentations;
Dedicate time and interaction with KOL's and external parties;
Identify macro trends, analyze the market and competitive data and consolidate findings to support the marketing strategy development;
Communicate to EU marketing team trends, competition behaviors, change in environment, feedback from the field, learning from campaigns, as well as customer needs and insights;
Go-to person for product price management.
The Successful Applicant
As the successful Product Manager - Vascular - Medical Devices, you will have the following requirements:
You have a minimum of 3 years of business experience within the healthcare industry
You have experience/knowledge in the vascular or cardio field
You have experience in product and/or market management. Business experience may include marketing, sales, sales training, business development
You have a Master's or a Bachelor's degree
You have strong communication and analytical skills, with strong technical marketing acumen
You have strong presentation skills
You have experience of working in a large matrix organization (preferred)
You are fluent in Dutch & English - French is a strong asset
