As a Product Specialist - Surgical instruments - BeLux you will be responsible for sharing product knowledge and educating surgeons & nurses on the utilization of customized surgical instruments packs. Operating Room assistance will be part of your daily responsibilities and you will work closely with the Account Management Teams to support sales growth and with the manufacturing plant to support improvements.

Job Description

As an successful Product Specialist - Surgical instruments - BeLux, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong product knowledge on the customized surgical instruments pack coupled with strong knowledge on the Operating room practices
  • Act as main point of contact for all clinical & technical questions regarding the customized surgical instruments pack
  • Organize clinical workshops and Operating Room & sterilization reviews to improve products efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and implement clinical evaluations for surgical procedures, customized surgical instruments pack , and sterilization processes.
  • Assist in the Operating room to share best practices & tips&tricks on the customized surgical instruments pack
  • Provide training on the utilization on the customized surgical instruments pack to surgeons & nurses
  • Collaborate with the Account Managers to boost growth : identify business opportunities & ensure sales conversations with existing accounts or prospects
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing plant to propose changes and improvements on the customized surgical instruments pack
  • Collaborate with internal teams by providing clinical input to support tender processes



The Successful Applicant

As an successful Product Specialist - Surgical instruments - BeLux, you will have the following profile:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in (para-) medical fields
  • Previous experiences as a nurse is mandatory, ideally as a Operating Room nurse
  • Strong knowledge of operating room techniques, sterilization practices, and infection control
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Commercial mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities, previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French with a good level in English.
  • Ability & willingness to travel in Belgium, Luxembourg and North of France
