About Our Client

Our Client is an important player in the technical/industrial studies sector. Today, they are looking for a Project Administrator to join their team.

Job Description

  • Take care of the follow-up of top-level milestones and related deliverables (in support to the project leaders)
  • Proceed with the administrative preparation/review of project documentation (new templates, compliance with templates, harmonisation)
  • Lead non-technical projects (scope, budget, planning, risks) following the internal project life cycle process
  • Be in charge of Reporting support to external stakeholders
  • Organise the meeting with internal/external project stakeholders
  • Do the follow-up of dissemination plans, project websites, … together with the communications team

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree or similar by experience (technical is an asset)
  • experience in project support, project office, project assistant, etc. (technical is an asset)
  • Experience with institutional project reporting (EU, Region wallonne, ESA,…) is a strong asset
  • Good organisational skills (time management, priorities management)
  • professional use of English and another national language (French or Dutch)
