Our portfolio is crucial for clinical decision-making and treatment pathways.Job DescriptionYou are responsible for controlling activities during the execution of the projects from Order Entry till Provisional Acceptance, including the follow-up of logistic and administrative topicsYou support the department in having its activities correctly recorded following all accounting requirements and financial guidelinesYou monitor the project execution regarding invoicing, revenue recognition and costs, and compare these KPI's to the initial planningYou perform all the month-end local closing activities linked to the projects, working closely with the accounting hubYou provide help and support to the head of the department, as well as all the teams around (Project managers, Product Specialists, Sales).You support regular data cleansing activities and data quality checksYou support the annual external audit processes through the preparation of standard reports as well as other custom reports as requestedThe Successful ApplicantYou have at least a bachelor's degree in economics, accountancy or equivalentYou have experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in a multinational companyYou are comfortable analyzing and handling numbers, you have strong analytical and accounting skills, and can demonstrate a hands-on experience with ExcelYou have an appetite for digital toolsYou are solution and result driven, structured, and organizedYou master SAP which will be a real additional assetYou have highly effective communication and interpersonal skills. You can build positive interactions and know how to deal with different stakeholders and cultures.
