Job Description

  • You are responsible for the development projects from concept to completion
  • You will act as an intermediary between the clients and the company during the full project circle
  • You bring innovations and solutions to the projects with a focus on environmental impact
  • You link up with all internal & external stakeholders from all levels aiming for the successful completion of the project
  • You will negotiate the terms and conditions (RFP) / permit process and draw up the contracts with the help of third parties (architects, study agencies, lawyers,…)
  • Responsible for the budget, quality, and timing of the projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Master in engineering (construction)
  • 7+ years of experience in project management (Construction, logistics)
  • You speak both Dutch and English.
  • Pragmatic customer-oriented attitude
  • Results-oriented
  • Stakeholder management / strong networker
  • Growth mindset / entrepreneurial
