Job Description

  • Lead the collaborative efforts among architects, design offices, and contractors from design, and implementation to project handover.
  • Engage in comprehensive project management, ensuring timely delivery within the defined scope and budget.
  • Foster robust relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, embodying LCL's commitment to client satisfaction and collaborative synergy.
  • Report to the Project Department Manager, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, complemented with substantial experience in project management.
  • Proficient in electricity, HVAC systems, and architecture fundamentals.
  • Exemplary organizational, leadership, and communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Adaptability to different communication styles, fostering effective interactions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Unwavering commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
