Job Description

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Allocate tasks to effectively manage workloads.
  • Promote team cohesion and collaborative spirit.
  • Assess and develop team members' skills.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes.
  • Create an engaging and motivating work environment.
  • Onboard and train new team members.



Project Implementation:

  • Maintain company quality standards.
  • Coordinate schedules for internal and external installers.
  • Monitor and enforce project deadlines.
  • Identify and analyze execution errors to prevent recurrence.
  • Foster cooperative relationships with sales departments.



Client Experience Enhancement:

  • Ensure high-quality client relationships.
  • Support team members in client interactions.
  • Intervene in critical client cases as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and French languages.
  • Excellent communication skills with an assertive approach.
  • Knowledge of the construction sector is a significant advantage.
  • Results-oriented with a pragmatic mindset.
  • Ability to make swift and effective decisions.
