Job Description

Key Responsibilities



  • Support ongoing negotiations with in-depth data analysis and strategic reporting


  • Create impactful presentations for important stakeholders and purchasing department


  • Prepare retrospectives, dashboards, and reports post-negotiation


  • Assist in onboarding shareholders and suppliers into negotiation cycles


  • Coordinate the kick-off and content planning of large-scale negotiation events


  • Translate raw data from suppliers and internal sources into actionable insights


  • Ensure the smooth flow of internal communication and updates to leadership


  • Provide hands-on support to the lead negotiator (Natalia) in daily priorities

The Successful Applicant

Successful Candidate Profile



  • Holds a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business, economics, purchasing, or a related field


  • Has at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the retail sector, ideally within food distribution


  • Demonstrates prior exposure to purchasing or negotiation processes


  • Fluent in both English and French; knowledge of German and/or Dutch is a strong asset


  • Possesses strong analytical skills and enjoys working with numbers and data


  • Proactive, autonomous, organized, assertive and solutions-oriented


  • Strong interpersonal skills with an extroverted, hands-on communication style


  • Understands the commercial and operational challenges of the retail food industry
