Job Description

  • Define and execute the full commercialization strategy across the portfolio
  • Lead leasing, pre-sales, and investor-oriented exit strategies on flagship assets
  • Structure and negotiate deals directly with institutional investors, tenants, and acquirers
  • Act as the commercial face of each project vis-à-vis capital partners and key accounts
  • Identify and qualify new acquisition opportunities with a strong commercial angle
  • Contribute to feasibility studies, investment memorandums, and governance submissions
  • Challenge architectural and technical choices to maximize commercial appeal and exit value
  • Monitor delivery against commercial commitments (timing, specs, tenant requirements)
  • Drive business plans, cash flows, and value creation toward asset exit
  • Act as trusted commercial partner to country leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or Architecture
  • Minimum 8 years in real estate development or investment in Luxembourg, with a strong commercial or business development track record
  • Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and close complex real estate deals
  • Experience interfacing directly with institutional investors, tenants, and capital partners
  • Solid understanding of the full development cycle (design, construction, commercialization)
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
  • Fluency in French; additional European languages are a strong asset
  • Natural dealmaker: structured, proactive, results-driven, and commercially sharp
