Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving business growth by developing your own region and proactively identifying new opportunities
  • Managing and advising a portfolio of clients and candidates to ensure successful outcomes
  • Building strong, long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their needs and supporting their growth
  • Leading the full recruitment cycle, from initial interviews to offer negotiation
  • Conducting in-depth candidate assessments to ensure the best fit
  • Negotiating commercial terms and rates with clients
  • Celebrating achievements and sharing success with your team

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for a candidate who brings:

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience, ideally in B2B Sales or Recruitment (Recruitment Consultant / Business Manager)
  • Fluency in French and English or fluency in Dutch and English
  • Ability to work smart and efficiently
  • A driven, ambitious mindset with an outgoing personality and a strong desire to succeed
  • Eagerness to learn and develop commercial expertise
  • Resilience to navigate challenges and maintain performance
  • A collaborative spirit and team-oriented approach
