Job Description

We are specialist recruiters. All our consultants are experts in their industry and only recruit into their specific market, which gives our customers the best insight and widest reach during their recruitment process.

For our HR Division, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant HR. You will:

  • Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients
  • Build close partnerships with clients to help their business grow
  • Advise and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates
  • Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment
  • Lead the recruitment process from A to Z, from the interview to the offer stage
  • Conduct in-person/virtual interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
  • Be responsible for developing new business opportunities
  • Offer CV, interview and general career advice to your candidates

The Successful Applicant

Our new colleague Recruitment Consultant HR would ideally meet the following criteria :

  • Master's Degree in HR or Business
  • At least 2 years' experience within Recruitment
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French will be a strong asset
  • Smart working ability (we offer a lot of flexibility, it's up to you to use it well)
  • An ambitious, outgoing personality and a will to win
  • Willingness to learn and develop your business skills



You can be based basically anywhere in Belgium and we have offices in Ghent, Antwerp & Brussels.
