Job Description

  • Processing Shareholder Requests: Handling shareholder requests for information, issuing statements, facilitating transfers of shares, and assisting with any administrative processes related to shareholder accounts.
  • Shareholder Communication: Communicating with shareholders via phone, email, or written correspondence to address inquiries, provide information about the company's performance, dividends, meetings, or other relevant updates.
  • Assisting in Corporate Actions: Supporting activities related to corporate actions like mergers, acquisitions, stock splits, or dividend payments, including informing shareholders and processing necessary documentation.
  • Providing Support to Investor Relations: Assisting the investor relations team in responding to investor queries, preparing presentations, and contributing to the development of communication materials for shareholders and potential investors.
  • Staying Updated on Regulations: Keeping abreast of regulatory changes related to shareholder matters and ensuring the company's compliance with these regulations.

The Successful Applicant

Master in Economics or equivalent

Prior experience in a similar role (internal or BO banking - corporate registry team)

ENG FR (DU is an asset)

Autonomous and analytical (strong Excel skills and ideally excellent SAP user)
