Job Description

  • Act as a hands-on compliance partner to local business teams
  • Design, implement, and enhance governance and control frameworks
  • Develop and localize policies aligned with group-level standards
  • Integrate regulatory requirements into day-to-day operations
  • Lead data mapping initiatives and maintain processing records (ROPA)
  • Support GDPR governance in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, IT, and Finance
  • Establish monitoring processes and ensure audit readiness
  • Deliver training and promote a strong compliance culture
  • Drive continuous improvement across governance and control functions

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience with GDPR frameworks and data governance practices
  • Legal or regulatory exposure is considered a strong advantag
