Job Description

  • Develop and execute the annual risk control plan.
  • Establish and maintain local control frameworks.
  • Conduct operational, compliance and risk‑related controls.
  • Evaluate and monitor KYC/AML risks for Benelux clients.
  • Perform customer due‑diligence and provide risk acceptance recommendations.
  • Submit proposals to AML Officers and take decisions within defined authority levels.
  • Identify operational risks and ensure mitigation measures are appropriate.
  • Contribute to ESG, IT security, business‑continuity, fraud‑prevention and GDPR projects.
  • Support the preparation of the Risk Committee.
  • Promote a strong risk‑awareness culture across the organisation.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance or related field; additional training in financial topics is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of risk‑analysis experience in the financial sector.
  • Strong analytical mindset, accuracy and excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work autonomously.
  • Proactive, organised and detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
  • Team‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a high sense of integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and propose process improvements.
