Job Description

As a Risk Officer, your responsibilities are:

  • Monitor and assess potential risks within all the departments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies and frameworks.
  • Evaluate the impact on all kind of risks : enterprise, market, operational, data risks,...
  • Identify areas of improvement and recommend risk mitigation actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address risk-related concerns.
  • Prepare detailed risk analysis reports for senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in risk management.
  • Provide training and support to staff on risk awareness and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Risk Officer should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management within the Financial Services industry.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks in Luxembourg.
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail in identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Experience working in or collaborating with Human Resources departments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment tools and methodologies.
