Job Description

As a Sales Executive Nordics & Benelux your responsibilities are:

  • Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts across the Nordics & Benelux.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and production leaders.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Drive complex, long-cycle deals averaging €100K in value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Europe to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Travel around 60-70% of your time acrross your region.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Report directly to the Sales Director and contribute to regional growth strategy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Executive Nordics & Benelux should have:

  • Min. 5 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS and/or manufacturing solutions.
  • Background in industrial engineering, machine building, or software (ERP, CAD, PLM, AI, robotics) is a plus.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to detect and address customer needs.
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
  • A hunter & problem solvling-mindset: persuasive, opportunity-driven, and self-motivated.
