Job Description

  • create a distribution network and sell insurance solutions (Non-Life) in collaboration with our distribution channel.
  • promote our solutions and our market strategy in your region.
  • be the commercial link between the group and the brokers in your network (e.g.: you defend the strategy of your company and propose the best solution in the complex cases).
  • reach the sales targets in the sector Non-Life Retail and Self-Employed and SMEs. In collaboration with the broker, you define an action plan to achieve these commercial objectives.
  • use your powers of persuasion to motivate brokers to improve their level of expertise, increase their profitability and their autonomy in the marketing of our solutions.
  • inform the brokers about the new solutions and all the actions developed by the group
  • Build a network that consists of a selection of brokerage firms in the regions East-Flanders and/or Flemish-Brabant.

The Successful Applicant

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar function.
  • You have a very good knowledge of Non-Life products and the world of brokerage.
  • You have well-developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • You have a commercial attitude
  • You speak Dutch, and your level of French is good. Knowledge of English is a plus.
  • You can understand the customer's needs and determine the best solution to propose
  • You are enthusiastic, positive and you seize opportunities when they arise.
