Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager pharma to define the commercial strategy & budget and to manage the team of Pharmaceutical representatives and Key Account Manager on the Belgian national scope. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experiences in People Management, is proactive, has an operational & strategical mindset & is fluent in French & Dutch.

Functie

As a successful Sales Manager - Pharma Industry - Belgium, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the (para-) pharmacies and groupings, online & offline
  • Oversee the preparation and management of the sales budget for pharmaceutical representatives & KAM
  • Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and objectives to ensure meeting goals & objectives
  • Lead & management the pharmaceutical representatives & the KAM - implement KPIs, actions plans and define forecast
  • Coach the sales teams, assist the pharma representative team, support the KAM and train new comers
  • Maintain relationships with key clients in the life sciences industry
  • Directly negotiate with resellers
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance against goals
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Profiel

As a successful Sales Manager - Pharma Industry - Belgium, you will have the following profile:

  • Master in Business administration, marketing or related field
  • Proven leadership skills with +5 years of experience leading a pharma sales team
  • Previous experience as KAM, in negotiating with pharma/parapharma groupings
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive approach with strategical & operational mindset
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Fluent in French, Dutch & English
