Job Description
As a successful Sales Manager - Pharma , you will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet established goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and objectives
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales team - implement KPIs, actions plans and define forecast
- Coach the sales teams, assist the pharma representative team and train new comers
- Maintain relationships with key clients in the life sciences industry
- Monitor and analyze sales performance against goals
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products (Cosmetics, food supplement & homeopathic solutions)
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Oversee the preparation and management of the sales budget
The Successful Applicant
As a successful Sales Manager - Pharma , you will have the following profile:
- Master in Business administration, marketing or related field
- Proven leadership skills with +5 years of experience leading a sales team
- Previous experience in managerial position within the pharmaceutical industry
- Previous experience in marketing is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A thorough understanding of sales strategies and their implementation
- A track record of meeting sales targets
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- A commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Fluent in French, Dutch & English
