For an international Medical Devices company, we are looking an Field Sales / Product Specialist for hospitals products (infusion therapy devices & medical supplies) to cover the entire Belgian market. This role coupled commercial responsibilities with educational duties including training on product specification to HCPs.

Job Description

As a successful Field Sales & Product Specialist Belgium - Medical Devices - Hospitals products, you will have the following responsibilities:

Commercial responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Hospital sector within Belgium
  • Promote and sell Hospital products (infusion therapy devices & medical supplies) to healthcare professional and institutions.
  • Drive the business growth : Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, ensure products cross selling, negotiate contracts ...
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts and close agreements to maximize profits - including Tender Management responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic & tactical plans to achieve sales targets



Product Specialist responsibilities:

  • Act as an expert of Hospital products (infusion therapy devices & medical supplies) providing training and advises to healthcare professional
  • Conduct Hospital products (infusion therapy devices & medical supplies) presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Be the first point of contact for healthcare professional within the hospitals of Belgium to provide technical expertise and product support
  • Discuss with KOLs to promote the Hospital products (infusion therapy devices & medical supplies) portfolio

The Successful Applicant

As a successful Field Sales & Product Specialist Belgium - Medical Devices - Hospitals products, you will have the following profile:

  • At least a Bachelor degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or product specialist within healthcare, medical devices or hospital products
  • By preference an accurate network in hospitals, especially in Flanders
  • Willingness to be on the road most of the time
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Project Management & organizational skills
  • Strong presentation & training skills
  • You are autonomous, independent & proactive
  • Fluency in Dutch, French & English
